Industrial washing machine application
TDE MACNO implemented a new application in OpenDrive (sensorless control SW) for industrial washing machines.
Main characteristics:
- auto-disabling of the run command on speed reference close to 0
- measurement of the load unbalance before starting centrifuging
- variable gains according to the working frequency
Besides those particular functions, very useful for this application are:
- Slip compensation enabling the control of the motor, with or without load, at the set rpm
- Stability at very low rpm (some Hz)
- No noisiness during centrifuging, in flux weakening area (2,5 time the nom. current)
