RoHS Policy

TDE MACNO s.p.a. as a responsible for bringing in the market electric and electronic products provided with its own brand, is implementing and activating all the necessary and proper standards, in order to assure the compliance with the directive 2002/95/CE "RoHS" in the terms required by the directive itself.

These standards consist in:

• Setting-up of the new process for the product's implementation by strongly cooperating with our main suppliers, together with whom some test samples are performed in order to confirm the production's process and the products' components. These series will be produced from October 2005 and in case some of the described products or components are given to the customers, they will be properly identified.
• Monitoring and control of our own stock no RoHS compliance in order to dispose of spare parts and retrofitting of old products.
• Identification and tracing of raw materials depending on the supplier's data.
• Valuation and direct/indirect monitoring of the suppliers' processes who execute the assembling of semifinished products and the production of printed circuits following the standards of the competent law UNI EN ISO9001:2000 (in particular §7.2.1 point c) and of MSGQ TDE MACNO s.p.a. The evaluation of the process will be provided with a self-certification document issued by the supplier.
  

TDE MACNO s.p.a., as a firm distinguished by a certificated system quality, grants a control's standard of its own processes and of the ones committed to external firms, so that it is possible to apply the described standards to the whole process.

Moreover:

• Until the directive has not come to force, it will not be brought to the market any product "RoHS compliance" (with the exception of the cases previously described) unless the customer itself requires the product and this will be evaluate during the contractual phase.
• When the directive will be come to force, TDE MACNO put on the market RoHS compliance products only if they are involved in the application field or if the customer requires it anyway.
